We are thrilled to announce the latest new feature that we have added to our tool - User Details Page! đ€©
Now, you can:
â Easily see all the attributes and events related to one specific user by clicking on it on your Users page.
â Take simple actions such as deleting a user on-page.
â Dive deeper into user data and make better decisions based on specific behavioral patterns.
The User Details Page is specifically designed to help you gain more insight into your users' behavior, and make better decisions accordingly. We are confident that this new feature will save you time and help you better understand your users.
We now have a new feature that will allow you to add a âDismissâ option to Guides and Checklists, just like you do with Hotspots. When clicked by the end-user, the Guide or Checklist will be dismissed and not be shown to them again. This option can be added to any step of a Guide while editing on our Chrome Extension, and to any Checklist through its settings on Panel. The text for the dismiss option can also be edited through Themes.
This new feature gives you more control over your user onboarding experience. By allowing end-users to dismiss Guides and Checklists, they can focus on what is important to them and not be bothered by content that is irrelevant or already known. This also allows for a more personalized experience, as users can choose to engage only with the content that is relevant to them.
Simply put, this new feature will help you create more effective and engaging user onboarding experiences.
With the ability to use images as custom buttons, you now have more flexibility to create engaging and interactive Guides and Hotspots. By using the new variety of hyperlink actions, such as âGo to URLâ, âGo to Next/Previous/Custom Stepâ, âEnd the Guideâ, âTrigger a Guideâ, âRun JavaScriptâ, and âCopy Text to Clipboardâ, you can create a seamless and effective onboarding experience that is tailored to your unique visual needs.
This improvement will undoubtedly enhance your overall user experience and help you achieve your onboarding goals with greater ease and flexibility.
You now have the option to not include a search bar in your Resource Centers if you are not using a knowledge base integration on them. You can set it up from Resource Centers > Settings > Content > Search Function.
While setting up a filter using a date-type attribute, some use cases may require picking up future dates, with attributes like âFirst Interactionâ, âLast Interactionâ, âLast Seenâ, etc. You now have the ability to select future dates on any date-type attribute on Users page.
You can assign this new button action to any custom button you use on your Guides or Hotspots. Clicking on the button will copy the assigned text to your end-userâs clipboard.
