Our latest big feature, Surveys, allows you to create a broad range of in-app surveys, like thumbs-up-down surveys, star-scale surveys, emoji-scale surveys, and multiple-choice surveys. Simply choose one of our use-case oriented templates, or create one from scratch! Then customize your survey to make them seem like native elements of your platform and fully reflect your brand's identity.
The new Surveys feature goes beyond collecting feedback; it's about understanding it. With the survey-specific data dashboards, you can effortlessly visualize overall scores, breakdowns of response percentages, and a list of responses. Need more details? Your security is our top priority, and we're thrilled to introduce a powerful new feature: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA). Now, you have the option to add an extra layer of protection to your account. Simply head over to Settings > Team > Authentication to set up 2FA and enhance the security of your login process. With 2FA, your account is fortified, giving you peace of mind and added confidence in your data's safety.
We also restructured our Roles & Permissions and now there are three Roles; Editor, Publisher & Admin.
With SSO, you can enhance security and streamline access to our platform for your entire team. Activating it is simple—just head to Settings > Team > Authentication to enable SAML SSO and enjoy the benefits of seamless and secure single sign-on for all your team members. We've introduced new enhancements that offer greater flexibility and control over your Resource Center launchers’ appearance and placement. Now, you have the freedom to customize the shape, look, and content of launchers. Plus, with our new placement options, you can position it wherever it fits best for your needs, and if desired, place it freely anywhere on your page!
We have made new enhancements to our frequency settings for auto-triggered guides. Now, you have even more control over when and how your guides are shown to end-users. You can stop triggering a guide when it's displayed a specific number of times, when the end-user completes it, or when they achieve a custom goal.
We're introducing a nifty feature that gives you even more control over your Hotspot beacons. Now, after your eye-catching announcement has been seen once, you have the option to turn off the pulsing animation. This means you can make your important announcements, capture attention, and then let the message stand without any distractions for your end-users. Enjoy the power to keep your message in focus!
