Analytics Dashboard

The day’s finally here. We’re making one of the biggest releases of this year. Now, with the new UserGuiding Dashboard, you can track down your material’s live performance on panel. Through different tabs on the dashboard, you can choose which content you’d like to get information about. You can monitor view counts and completion rates of your guides, how many times your hotspots have been interacted, and how many guides were triggered from your checklists in a given date range. We believe seeing these numbers in a visualized format will motivate our users further to create and optimize their user onboarding content to skyrocket their activation numbers.

Invoice Management

We've been getting a lot of requests on invoice management. Now thanks to the new interface we introduce within the Subscription tab in Settings, you can view your invoices in chronological order and download them in PDF format whenever you need to. Moreover, you can now edit your billing email address so you won't need to forward them to your financial department every time.

Redirection Settings

We now placed Redirect URLs within the guides' settings page where you can activate/deactivate or edit them on the fly. If you do not need such a redirection for users when the targeting conditions you set for them don't match, you can simply turn it off under the Advanced Settings section in guide settings.
