Troubleshooter Major Release

We've been Beta-testing the Troubleshooter for a while now. We're content with the usage and would like to make a major release with a number of improvements raised out of your further needs.

With the Troubleshooter, you can easily understand how your onboarding material behaves and what are the missing configurations may be blocking the desired experience, then take actions accordingly. We have also added extra help material and little exclamation marks on the UI so that it is much more clear for you to locate the possible issues!

Extended RTL Compatibility

We have increased the RTL (Right to Left) Language Support Coverage for all of our Onboarding Materials to support RTL languages like Arabic & Hebrew.

Mouseover Text Implementations

For all UserGuiding Interfaces, we have applied extra informative Mouseover Texts so that it will be much easier to understand how each interaction field can help you.

Cloning Guide Steps and Hotspots

It is now possible to clone the Steps within a Guide and the Hotspots within a Hotspot Group. This feature will help you especially if you make a lot of unique configurations for each step/hotspot and would like to apply the same to the rest of the material without paying any extra effort.

Onboarding Material Quit Icon Adjustments

We have reconfigured the size and the placement of our quit icon while revamping the issues related to its appearing conditions.
