UserGuiding Now is our brand new Google Chrome Extension that enables UserGuiding Container Code to be installed within a web page when there is no or limited access to the source code of the page. It enables the onboarding material to become available for your end-users without you having to embed the Container Script (Code-Free Installation). The end-users of the platform can download and configure UG Now in minutes to be able to view the onboarding material created for them.

UG Now can be used for demo or live preview purposes, as well as Employee Onboarding use cases where there is no access to the source code of the web application that your employees are using.

Resource Center Analytics on Dashboard

The Resource Center Dashboard is here! Now with the brand new dashboard section for Resource Centers, you’re not only going to be able to oversee the total interactions that your Resource Centers but also you'll get to monitor your Resource Center modules on an individual basis. From Checklist Guide Triggers to External URL Module Clicks, all the data is now available on the Dashboard.

CSS Editing in Themes

Now you can use custom CSS editing to further style your onboarding content. Under Themes, navigate to CSS tab and edit CSS parameters to adopt the native look of your platform within your onboarding content. Remember to make sure you or someone on your team is comfortable working with CSS before you begin.

Filtering Function on UserGuiding Extension

We have listened to your feedback and improved our filtering experience for UG Materials. As you create unique experiences for different segments of end users, things may start to get hard to manage. Now with the help of the Advanced Filtering Function within our Chrome Extension, you will be able to manage your onboarding with ease.

Webhook Integration

We are now providing integration through Webhook links. This will allow you to send UserGuiding event data to your own database or any third-party tool that provides a Webhook URL. Enable your webhook integration here.

Changing Email Address

You can now change your UserGuiding account email on Panel. Go to "Settings" and change it easily with a verification code sent to your email.

When you are assigning an onboarding material to a Container, you are now able to see the domain in which most of the materials inside that container is used.
