We know how it is like to put in an immense effort into a webinar, a help article, tutorial series, onboarding materials, and not enough people benefit from it. We experience it first hand. We know you did, too! So, we worked really hard on a feature that we believe will solve this "accessibility" problem. Here is the Resource Center BETA.
The Resource Center allows you to provide a more versatile in-product experience for your users by collecting and organizing materials useful for their training and engagement. They can gather and display all your checklists in a single place.
You can use them to make external materials (blog posts, support articles, webinars) available anywhere on your application and provide in-app tutorials that guide users through a specific process in a self-sufficient way. The Resource Center BETA is available to all UserGuiding users.
As UserGuiding our aim is to help you achieve your goals through our product. We try to help you accomplish what you are looking for. In this context, it would be much easier for us to assist you in the right direction when we have the necessary information about you and your goals! Onboarding Survey is live on our Panel to understand how we can better assist you during your journey. Visit your Panel and check out the onboarding survey, make sure you answer all the questions for the best experience.
From now on you are able to view the past performance of your onboarding material even after you set them inactive. You can also activate them again directly from within the dropdown list. Visit the Analytics Dashboard for details.
Redirect URL settings can now be managed through our Google Chrome Extension, while you are setting up the actual experience on your own platform.
As you have informed and we observed, whenever the backdrop shadow is disabled for our onboarding material there was a depth and contrast inconsistency on the UI. That is the reason why we have implemented the default box shadow to our onboarding material that will make them stand out as the experience layer on your product's interface.
