Resource Centers just got better!
Now with the in-widget search and display features, you can specify a search domain of your knowledge base with a simple copy & paste, and make it available for search within your Resource Center. Furthermore, once an article is clicked, it will open in-widget, making your articles not only in-app searchable but readable as well. Thanks to this feature, your users will be able to search in your knowledge bases right on your application without their product experience is interrupted. We now provide you with 15 built-in fonts that you ca easily choose to apply to your Themes, Checklists, and Resource Centers. You can still add custom fonts other than those 15 built-in ones by simply clicking "Custom Font" and providing us the Font CSS & Font URL. Here are some of the fonts we now offer built-in; Roboto, Inter, Lato, Montserrat, Nunito, and more.
Since the placement of our "Back" button caused some misclicks, and some unintentional logouts, during navigation between pages, we have made some changes to the header section of our extension sidebar.
We found our "Settings" page for "Themes" to be a bit hard to navigate through, so we've made many visual, functional and architectural improvements there. Check it out here and let us know what you think.
Based on your reports, we have reconfigured our material listing so that newly-created and duplicated materials will appear at the very top. Also, the "copy" tags on duplicated items will be added at the beginning of the material name so it won't get lost if the material name is too long.
