Our latest integration is here and this time it is one of your favorite tools in your stack; HubSpot. The integration allows you to push your users' onboarding material interaction data to HubSpot, so you can group and segment them based on their interactions with UserGuiding materials. Read more on it in our Help Center!
We have developed a basic Integration with Typeform for custom attribute transfers as hidden fields through the Surveys embedded in UserGuiding Modals. You can substitute the hidden field part in the embed code with the custom attribute you’re sending to UserGuiding. This way the attribute (such as the email of the end-user) will be sent to that form as a hidden field.
Promoter Survey Score can now be utilized as a default attribute in the Users page to filter and then segment your users based on their scores.
Under CSS tab in Themes, you now have new options to customize: z-index for hotspot beacon, and paddings for content components (text, image, custom button, guide list) used in guides, tooltips, & hotspots.
These filtering options for materials are now available: ‘Material ID’ (is / is not) and ‘Included In’ (in the checklist / not in the checklist / in the resource center / not in the resource center)
We now have our container installation and User Identification functions under the same tab in Settings, set up in a linear progression. For enabling User Identification experience; we reduced steps, cleared certain confusions, and provided more help.
While trying to delete a Guide or a Checklist, we know notify you if that material is also present in / triggered by other Checklists or Resource Centers, helping you make sure you’re handling your flows and structures without missing any details.
Button Shape setting in a Theme now applies to all types of buttons (Requisite & Custom) on materials using that theme.
