The changes will take place on November 12, 2025.
If you are not using any of the integrations below, you will not be affected by any changes.

UG & Segment Integration
The existing event structure will be modified to support Segment integration. The new implementation will:
- Send events in a formatted structure to maintain consistency with our existing event format
- Include the Page URL as a property within each event payload
Survey Update: Emoji Rating Questions Introduce New Answer Types Across All Integrations
OLD:
- Emoji Rating with "Positive" or "Neutral" or "Negative"
NEW:
- Emoji Rating (3) with "Positive" or "Neutral" or "Negative" ,
- Emoji Rating (5) with "Positive" or "Slightly Positive" or "Neutral" or "Slightly Negative" or "Negative"
