We’re excited about the latest checklist improvements we rolled out last month.
Now with the new appearance settings, you can make your checklist widgets start open, or hide when they’re completed so you can create level-based checklists that progress along with your end-users. And they won’t just keep your panel crowded when their jobs are dutifully done!
We’ve just released new customization options both on our checklist and help center launcher icons. You can now place texts within your widgets along with your icons or use them with icons or texts, log in to your panel to learn more.
Once your end-users complete their checklist, you can now bid farewell with really cool animations, congratulating your users for their effort! You can also customize the animation and your message.
In addition, since we made all these exciting improvements, we decided to improve our checklist settings page to present them to you in the best way possible. Now the checklist settings page has three different tabs divided by their areas of usage so you can navigate in between them effortlessly while setting up your checklists.
Our users love checklists and even want to target users who complete or not complete them. So we listened to you and added new checklist interaction segment options.
We’ve just added Woopra and Mixpanel to our integrations arsenal so you can leverage your onboarding usage data across more platforms. Track down your end-users interaction data and optimize your content to offer them the best product experience possible.
For our users wishing to create their onboarding content in Arabic and Hebrew, we enabled RTL texts in UG materials.
Now, the changes our users make on the extension will be readily reflected on the Publish Changes button on our panel, so you won’t be unaware of any changes to publish.
We’ve improved our entering URL (https://) structure, especially for our first-time users.
If you have many custom attributes and segmentations created by them like us, we’re positive that it’ll come in handy for you.
We’ve placed many mouseover texts on the panel's icons, so our users will intuitively know of their functions.
